What will happen if no one is available to receive the flowers?

If nobody is home to receive the flowers, we will try to find a neighbour to take them on the recipients behalf or find a safe place at the property. We will leave a delivery message card stating where the flowers have been left. Alternatively, if no one is able to take delivery on the recipients behalf, we will leave a card to say that we have called, along with our contact details. The recipient can then contact the shop on 01273 911840 to arrange collection or organise a second delivery. Please note re-delivery will require an additional delivery charge.
